Anish Mohamed is an accomplished multidisciplinary who has worked as medical doctor, bioinformatician, strategy consultant, blockchain researcher and cryptographer.
He has spent the first half his career researching cryptographic algorithms and protocols at three different research groups. Afterwards, he worked as a strategy consultant for Accenture and Capgemini. He also advised and worked for various banks and financial institutions including Banko Azteca, AIB, HSBC, Lloyds and Zurich.
Anish has been involved in designing and auditing half a dozen blockchain protocols and more than a dozen distributed applications. He was an early advisor to Ripple , Adjoint , Ocean Protocol, Arteria and Dev. As well as a reviewer of Ethereum Orange paper and was one of the founding members of UK Digital Currency Association.
He is a regular speaker and contributor in the areas of AI, Cybersecurity, Fintech and Blockchain. He is the co-founder of Ethicsnet and R2 Labs. He has also lectured on Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies in various universities around the world including MIT(DCI), CMU, UCL, Imperial, University of Coventry and is an adjutant faculty at Harbour Space and the head of research at the Information Sciences Institute at SRH Berlin.
